5.25 DVD hdd enclosure with cooling fan HICB55A1 is suitable for the slim DVD-ROM, or DVD read and writer, or CD read and write, or CD-ROM, or 3.5” IDE hard disk. Then enclosure is made of plain Aluminum, there is one rear fan built in the back of the enclosure, it is very efficient for the heat dissipation. The enclosure is compatible for the IEEE1394 and USB2.0 combo interfaces. So its data transfer rate can reach max 400Mbps for IEEE1394 standard, and max 480Mbps for USB2.0 standard. It can support plug & play and hot plug for easy use.
